Glock 20 Gen 3 - I bought a G20 a year ago from a Glock store and it's a great sidearm to use on my farm in Northwest Colorado. I have full confidence that he can handle any situation that may arise in this rural area. Winchester silver-tipped recoil and barrel jump are very manageable. For the big game hunter, this is a top-shelf sidearm.

I've heard it's the best weapon for those bear lures I've had in increasing numbers while fishing for trout last year.

With a full magazine, make sure you press it firmly into the body of the gun - it's a shame the magazine falls out. Let's hope - the spring of the magazine will be a little weaker.

Have 20SF. My third Glock and my favorite of the 8 guns. 15 10mm rounds have more firepower.

I have 4 small guns but LOVE MORE POWER! BOSS, i.e. WOMAN likes small guns anyway. I never want to infuriate him enough to shoot me; you are a much better shooter than me! His father raised him in NRA tournaments in the late 50's and early 60's and won many trophies, always beating the young man! It must hurt!

I hesitate between 10mm vs. .45 ACP. However, after going through a lot of ballistics and performance studies, there is no doubt that ... the G20 wins in all aspects: muzzle and target speed and power, flight path etc personal protection but if that black bear shows up in my yard and might get some lead shampoo !

I've been balancing on the verge of getting one of these for a long time. I never thought of Glocks due to the plastic and lack of a manual safety. But one in .45acp fell into my lap and grew on me a lot - quality, ergos, simplicity and weight considerations. So this will be my first 10mm, based on my previous Glock experience... 15 rounds of 10mm should be enough for anything I encounter in the southern Rockies I call "home".

I have a second Glock 10mm and I'm delighted. Parcels bounce, but nothing "gets out of control". I'm not a big guy, but I just get out of the box and see a piece I like (no frills, just stock) and I hit the target every time. BIG WEAPONS!!!

That number is just for private police units...the number of military and police organizations using Glocks around the world can make us emotional. That would be an amazing number So, how and why did Gaston's products benefit? Let's take a brief history of the brand

In the early 1970s, Gaston Glock ran an Austrian company that made a variety of products—none of them firearms. However, he had a thorough knowledge of synthetic polymers and other manufacturing processes. He heard that the Austrian army wanted a new pistol. Kluck knew nothing about designing Mr. Pistols...he knew Austria was looking for something new and he wanted to be involved. In 1980, the Austrian Ministry of Defense called for a new gun. Glock magazines are made with a steel inner sleeve surrounded by an impact-resistant polymer outer body, along with numbered witness holes to confirm the number of rounds in the magazine.

Glock's Gen 5 pistols were accompanied by improved magazines; In addition to the lightly rounded base plate, Gen 5 magazines also had bright orange followers, which allowed for quick positive identification of an empty magazine. As with all previous Glock magazines, Gen 5 magazines remain compatible with previous generations of Glock pistols.

Please note: As with all Glock 9mm double stack magazines, lower capacity pistols will accept higher capacity magazines, but not vice versa (ie a 17 round capacity G17 will accept 24 round magazines and 33 rounds, but it will not accept 15-round. magazine).
